My favorite blog (ew) internet destination these days is Mindy Kaling's Things I've Bought That I Love. She's a writer on The Office, one of my favorite shows, and her writer's voice sounds a fair amount like my "inner voice" (but only her most clever passages, of course). Specifically see the 'TV Blanket' and 'Mindy Kaling Staples Pt 3' entries. I also must confess that I have purchased a few things she has suggested. It is a good, fluffy, read while eating fatty grilled cheese during lunch and ignoring e-mail at work, type thing.

Haha, that's actually quite a cute read. And her writer's voice resembles your writer's voice to some degree too... I noticed some similarities.

On a random side note, just 'cause you mentioned The Office... you might wanna check out "License to Wed" if you haven't already. I was pretty much sold when I saw that it had Robin Williams and John Krasinski starring, but was pleasantly surprised to see a few more The Office members doing cameos. Of course, that wouldn't be the only reason to watch it -- it's actually a cute and funny movie -- but seeing those few familiar faces pop up was pretty cool.

Oh, and yes, I did in fact use the word cute twice in one response. No, I am not gay.

Positive. I swear by my sacred collection of incredibly hot Orlando Bloom pictures that I am not gay.

... shit.
